Sisu Transaction Management

Getting Started with Sisu #

Access the Sisu dashboard at sisu.co or via the mobile app. Use your Denovo email for login; contact the admin if you need credentials. Explore the dashboard layout and set personal sales goals that appear on your performance dashboard.

How Transactions Get into Sisu #

  • Sync from Sierra: When a lead converts and a contract is uploaded in TransactionDesk, the transaction may automatically sync into Sisu.
  • Manual Entry: If a transaction does not sync, your Transaction Coordinator (TC) will enter the contract data manually using information from your submitted file.

Tracking Your Deal #

Each transaction has a stage (Active, Under Contract, Pending Inspection, Clear to Close, Closed) and generates a custom task list. Tasks include agent responsibilities (e.g., schedule final walk‑through) and TC tasks (e.g., send commission documents). Clients may receive automated milestone emails, but these should supplement, not replace, your personal communication.

Agent Best Practices #

  • Log in daily to review pending tasks and upcoming deadlines.
  • Update task statuses as you complete them to stay on track.
  • Use leaderboards and analytics dashboards to monitor closed volume, GCI, appointments and progress toward your cap.

Team Collaboration #

Transaction Coordinators manage task tracking, compliance and vendor coordination within Sisu. Use Missive for shared communication; email threads can be assigned or tagged for your review. Coordinate with your TC to decide who sends milestone emails.

Common Scenarios #

  • View File Progress: Filter transactions by stage or closing date. Click a transaction to view dates, checklists, assigned TC and notes.
  • Track GCI and Capping: Use dashboard summaries or Reports > Agent Stats to watch your commission total update with each closing.
