Lead Status Definitions #
- New: Leads registered in the last 15 days; automatically switch to Qualify after 15 days.
- Qualify: Cold, unresponsive leads regardless of source.
- Active: Warm leads who have responded positively via text, email or phone.
- Prime: Hot leads ready to buy or sell soon – have an appointment, are pre‑approved or sent to a lender.
- Pending: Buyer under contract or you have listed their home.
- Closed: Past clients; when a lead is closed the system automatically tags them as a past client.
- Archived: Sphere of influence or vendors; use tags to organize further.
- Watch: Outbound referrals, linked leads or leads that might be interested in the future.
- Junk: Bad contact information or leads who have bought or sold with another agent.
- Do Not Contact: Lead has asked not to be contacted; stops marketing emails and texts but does not turn off e‑alerts.
- Blocked: Lead is blocked from visiting the site and all communication stops.
