Lead Status Definitions #

  • New: Leads registered in the last 15 days; automatically switch to Qualify after 15 days.
  • Qualify: Cold, unresponsive leads regardless of source.
  • Active: Warm leads who have responded positively via text, email or phone.
  • Prime: Hot leads ready to buy or sell soon – have an appointment, are pre‑approved or sent to a lender.
  • Pending: Buyer under contract or you have listed their home.
  • Closed: Past clients; when a lead is closed the system automatically tags them as a past client.
  • Archived: Sphere of influence or vendors; use tags to organize further.
  • Watch: Outbound referrals, linked leads or leads that might be interested in the future.
  • Junk: Bad contact information or leads who have bought or sold with another agent.
  • Do Not Contact: Lead has asked not to be contacted; stops marketing emails and texts but does not turn off e‑alerts.
  • Blocked: Lead is blocked from visiting the site and all communication stops.
