Open your Voice and Text settings #
To personalise what callers hear when you can’t answer, go to your profile and select the Voice and Text tab. Click Change Voicemail Greeting.
Record a greeting #
Choose to record using your computer’s microphone or have the system call your phone to record. Speak your greeting and save it. Managers can record greetings for their agents by opening Users, selecting a user and following the same process.
What callers experience #
When leads call your dialer number and you don’t answer within the allowed rings, the system plays your greeting and records their voicemail. You receive an email notification and the recording is saved in the lead’s detail page.
