 Rest assured that any client you refer to us will be turned back over to you for all future real estate transactions. You will be notified of your client’s desire to buy or sell. We guarantee this in writing! 

Expert Support

(Call us with your rental questions!): Even if you don’t have a referral right now, we’re here to provide guidance and support in the property management domain. Whether it’s advice on rental comps, pricing, property maintenance, or compliance, we’re happy to assist.

Full Property Management

  • Tenant Placement: 50% of the first month’s rent. Management: 10% of monthly rent for ongoing management services.
  • No Vacancy Fees: No management charges for unoccupied properties under our care.
  • Property reserves: $500 held reserve for immediate repairs; larger jobs are quoted for your choice.
