Using The Transaction Stages & Statuses Boards
Transaction Stages Board
The Transaction Stages Board provides custom swim lanes so you can track transactions from pending to close. You can drag and drop transaction cards to the next stage, and click a card to view its details, add comments, open the task list or open the transaction. To customise stages, navigate to Admin > Tasks > Transaction Stages and edit, remove or add stages. Creating and editing stages
To create a new stage, go to Admin > Tasks > Transaction Stages and click Add New. Customising tags

Transaction Statuses Board
The Transaction Statuses Board lets you see transactions as they move from Pipeline to Closed. Adding dates and fields
Admins and transaction coordinators can customise which fields appear on cards in both boards by going to Admin > Team Settings > Transaction Boards.
