- Track status: Henry monitors the referral, follows up with the receiving broker and keeps you informed.
- Commission: The referral fee is typically 30% of the gross commission; the referring agent receives 24% after the network’s fee.
Receiving a Referral #
Denovo agents may be selected to work with incoming clients relocating to Brevard County. Henry or a referral coordinator assigns the referral, tracks performance and ensures updates are reported to the referring broker. Outstanding service and consistent communication affect future opportunities.
Featured Property Program #
Elevate high‑end listings (over $500,000) by joining LeadingRE’s Featured Property Program. For $399 per six months, listings appear on LeadingRE.com and are syndicated to prominent sites like WSJ.com and MansionGlobal.com and promoted on LeadingRE social media channels.
Training & Engagement #
