Using Favorite Saved Searches to Create E-Alerts & Market Updates

Mark a search as a favorite #

To quickly reuse a saved search for e‑alerts or market updates, go to Saved Searches in the admin, click the heart icon next to a search to mark it as a favorite. The heart turns blue to indicate it’s selected.

Create e-alerts or updates from favorites #

When adding a saved search or market update from a lead’s Searches tab, click Create Saved Search or Create Market Update. In the overlay, choose a favorite saved search instead of building criteria from scratch. If you have many favorites, use the search filter to narrow the list.

Manage alerts and updates #

The created e‑alert or market update appears in the lead’s record. You can send it manually via the envelope icon or edit the criteria via the pencil icon. Favorites streamline setup for frequently used searches.
