Program Details

• A $50.00 contribution will be automatically deducted from each of your closings and contributed to the Denovo Realty DARE Charitable Fund.
• Once total contributions from participating Sales Associates reach $1,000.00, those funds will be donated to a charitable organization selected by the DARE Committee or Denovo Realty Leadership Team.
• When the total Sales Associates’ contributions reach $1,000.00, Denovo Realty will also contribute an additional $1,000.00 in matching funds.
• Denovo Realty will contribute up to a maximum of $5,000.00 in matching funds per calendar year.

Funds will be distributed periodically as contributions reach the $1,000 milestone, ensuring regular donations to charitable organizations throughout the year.

Sales Associate Authorization

By submitting this form, I voluntarily elect to participate in the Denovo Realty Dare Program. I authorize Denovo Realty to withhold $50.00 from each of my closings to be donated to the Denovo Dare charitable program as described above.

I understand that participation in this program is completely voluntary.  I may withdraw my participation at any time by providing written notice to Denovo Realty Accounting or Management. Contributions are non-refundable once deducted and distributed.
