Activate the Sierra Dialer for Your Account (Manager Level)

Get ready to activate #

Only primary managers or manager‑level users can activate the Sierra Dialer. Activation allows voice calling, texting, call lists, voicemail drops and more. Before enabling, decide whether to allow agent‑level users to turn on the dialer themselves and consider call recording laws in your state.

Choose and purchase numbers #

In Dialer Settings, enable voice and text integration, then search for available phone numbers by area code or ZIP. Choose role numbers (buyer’s agent, listing agent, lender) or personal numbers for individual users. Each account includes one role number per role and one personal number per user; additional numbers incur monthly fees. Confirm a catch‑all number and provide business details.

Configure settings #

Set defaults such as call recording, caller ID and branded caller ID (CNAM). You can enable mass texting by setting daily and per‑send limits, and decide whether to allow agent‑level users to activate the dialer themselves. After saving, your team can begin connecting their phones.
