Open the Goal Calculator #
Navigate to Account > Goals and select Edit with Goal Calculator. Choose the scope (personal or team) and the target year. You can base your goals on a previous year or start with blank numbers.
Adjust goal numbers #
In the Goal Drivers section you can control how monthly goal numbers are set. Enable Auto Adjust to have the system automatically distribute your annual goal across the months. Use Adjust Seasonality to enter a percentage for each month (the percentages must equal 100) so that months with more business can have higher targets. You can also manually adjust individual months by typing your desired numbers, and copy values to other months using the Copy options.
Save and review #
When your numbers look right, click Save. The goal calculator will store both the annual goal and the monthly breakdowns for you to track throughout the year.
