Getting Started with Sierra

Logging In #

Access Sierra via the web or mobile app at denovorealty.com. Your username is typically your first and last name. Contact admin support if you have login issues.

Initial Setup Checklist #

  • Connect Your Email: Sync your email so communications are logged in the CRM.
  • Enable the Dialer & Choose a Phone Number: Select a call number for outbound calls and dial directly through the CRM.
  • Add an Email Signature: Set a branded signature for all outgoing emails.
  • Customize Your Website Profile: Upload a headshot and verify your bio and contact information.
  • Set Notification Preferences: Choose how you are alerted for new leads, tasks and follow‑ups.

Lead Management Workflow #

  • Import Leads: Upload an existing database via CSV or enter contacts manually.
  • Create a Dummy Lead: Use yourself to practice sending emails or texts, setting tasks and triggering alerts.
  • Use Lead Statuses Consistently: Reference the lead definitions sheet to maintain accuracy in pipeline tracking.
  • Set Up E‑Alerts and Market Updates: Send automated listing updates to buyers and market reports to sellers.
  • Use Filters to Prioritize: Engage hot leads using behavior‑based filters and track notes, tasks and communications.
  • Send Video Follow‑Ups: Integrate video into nurture campaigns using tools like GGMS or third‑party services.

  • Custom Domain Setup: Work with the marketing team to map a vanity URL to your agent site.
  • Create Landing Pages: Build pages for listings, open houses and ads.
  • Create Action Plans: Automate communication based on lead status or source using drip campaigns or traditional plans.
  • Track Website Activity: Use Sierra reports to view lead registration, saved searches and interactions.
