Garrett Bell – Broker/Owner
Garrett Bell is a third‑generation Realtor and the broker/owner of Denovo Realty. He focuses on continuous improvement and creating an environment that supports agents as they grow their businesses. Garrett oversees company vision, strategy, industry relationships, financial and operational performance and leads coaching and training.
Henry Wertin – Director of Sales & Operations
Henry Wertin leads the sales team and staff departments. A Realtor since 2010, he is passionate about serving the Space Coast. Henry manages onboarding, conducts ongoing training, provides mentorship and oversees photography, referral networks and operational efficiency.
Finance & HR
Donna Linden – Finance and HR Manager
Donna Linden brings over two decades of brokerage experience to her role. She manages company financials, payroll, budgeting and HR policies, ensures compliance and oversees benefits and insurance. Donna enjoys tennis and golf outside the office.
Transaction Coordination
Heather Sharman – Transaction Coordinator
Heather manages all aspects of transaction coordination for buyers and sellers, ensuring a smooth contract‑to‑close process. She facilitates communication between agents, clients, lenders and title companies and maintains compliance with deadlines and regulations.
Brenda Scanlon – Transaction Coordinator
Brenda oversees transaction documentation, monitors contract deadlines and provides administrative support to agents. She brings seven years of coordination experience and ensures accuracy and compliance throughout the process.
Marketing
Shannon Guthrie – Marketing Manager
Shannon develops and executes marketing strategies, manages the Denovo brand, oversees social media and digital campaigns, coordinates community events and supports agent websites and landing pages.
Turner Moody – Marketing Coordinator
Turner assists with campaign execution, manages agent marketing requests and materials, supports social media content creation and helps develop agent websites and landing pages.
Property Management
Chelsea Kolleda – Property Manager
Chelsea leads NovaVista Property Management and manages over 100 properties in Brevard County. She oversees lease agreements, tenant relations, property inspections and maintenance requests while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
