Generate a tracking link #
From any property detail page, saved search results page or the main page of your website, hover the cursor over the top left corner until a link icon appears. Click the icon to open the Tracking Link Generator in the admin. The Landing Page field pre‑populates with the page URL. Optionally name the link, choose a Source (marketing channel) and Campaign. Select a Registration Type (e.g., Facebook‑style form) to control how leads register.
Assign leads and actions #
Managers can assign leads generated from the link to a specific agent, lender or collaborator. You can also specify follow‑up actions: add a note to the lead record, assign a fully automated or traditional action plan, add the lead to a drip campaign, send an e‑alert or market update, auto‑send a text or email, or drop a voicemail.

After setting options, click Build Tracking Link. A full URL and a shortened URL appear—copy the short version for social media posts. Posting the link on Facebook creates a squeeze page: the page uses listing photos and prompts visitors to log in with Facebook, then asks for a phone number. Registrants are captured as leads and assigned based on your distribution rules.
