Connect your phone #
After your manager activates the dialer, individual users must connect their phone numbers. Click your profile icon, choose Voice and Text, enter your phone number and indicate whether it can receive texts. Click Call Me to verify the number; answer the call and enter the verification code to complete setup.
What happens next #
Once verified, your dialer number becomes active and is displayed to leads when you call or text. Calls and texts to your dialer number route to your assigned phone, and you can drop voicemails, send mass texts and enable call recording. Use the Voice and Text tab to manage further preferences.
