Build an advanced search #
From the Manage Leads page click Advanced Search. Choose criteria from the Select Criteria drop‑down (e.g., lead status, last activity, tags). A second drop‑down appears to specify an operator such as is present, equals or between. Enter the value and click Add Filter to apply. You can add multiple filters and remove them with the X on each row.
Save as a smart filter #
After building your filters, click Save as Smart Filter, name the filter and choose who can access it. Smart filters appear as tabs above the lead table. You can reorder filters, delete them or set one as the default view.
Edit filters and defaults #
Click the pencil icon on a smart filter tab to edit its criteria or rename it. The star icon marks a filter as your default; you can remove or add filters at any time. Smart filters help quickly segment leads based on common attributes.
