Connect your email #
Before creating drips, each user must connect their email account to Sierra. In your profile, open the Connect Email tab, choose your provider (Gmail, Outlook, etc.) and enter the incoming/outgoing server details. All drip emails send from your connected account.
Create a drip campaign #
Navigate to Leads › Drip Campaigns and click Create New Drip Campaign. Give the campaign a title, choose a type (buyer agent, listing agent or both), set its level (personal or business), enter a description and decide whether emails send relative to the start date or on specific dates. Save to continue.
Add emails and assign leads #
Use the plus button to add individual emails, specifying the delay before each sends and selecting an email template or creating a new one. Save each email. To assign a campaign, either open a lead’s detail page and click Add Campaign in the Drip Campaigns section, or assign campaigns in bulk from the Manage Leads page via the More menu. Drip campaigns run indefinitely until you remove the lead.
