Create a call list #
To call a group of leads one after another, enable the dialer then go to the Manage Leads page. Select multiple leads and choose Add to Call List from the bulk actions. You can also add a lead to the call list from its detail page.
Start dialing #
Open the call list overlay, reorder or remove entries and click Start. Choose to call via browser or via your connected phone. A call list banner appears with options to mute, skip, pause or end the sequence.
Log calls automatically #
After each call, a logging window appears for recording notes and choosing the call outcome. When ready, click to move to the next lead. Each logged call is stored in the lead’s history and call lists can be reused.
